Shipping and Returns
How long does my order take to ship?
Upon completion of your order, we will package and ship your item within 3 business days. Shipping may take a further 3-4 days.
For bespoke pieces the aim is to make the piece within 30 days but this is discussed on an individual basis.
Also, if a piece requires hallmarking there are extra costs involved in bespoke hallmarking and it can take 2-3 weeks once the piece is ready to be hallmarked. We will discuss during the design phase.
What are the shipping costs?
Due to the value and care put in to making each individual item, 48 hour tracked shipping is used as standard. For items over £150 we like to send using Guaranteed Royal Mail service to ensure it gets to you safe and sound and is covered by Royal Mail Insurance policy. Costs as follows:
48 Hour Tracked - £5.00
UK Guaranteed and Insured - £8.50
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, international shipping is offered. However, due to the extra costs incurred, this results in a higher postal fee depending on the size of the package.

What is your return policy?
Before you send the item back please email me at vanessagoss21@gmail.com to give me your order number and tell me what has happened and what you would like to do. We will then email you with details needed to send it back. The item must be received to refund within 28 days of purchase. If your item is faulty you will receive a replacement or refund. The item must be returned in:
Its original packaging
In the same state (unless it needs a repair) as when it was purchased with all the packaging.
Proof of purchase
Order number from your invoice
Reason it is coming back
What you would like: a refund, a repair or an exchange?
I make all of these items by hand in a small jewellery workshop using traditional methods. So the end result is sometimes more organic than an item that you buy from a high street retailer that has been mass produced. There may be teeny little imperfections but these are a sign that they are entirely hand made with love and full of individuality. Most of these items are one-offs so have NEVER been near an assembly line. This means that it will not always be possible to replicate. In this case a refund will be given after having received the item back.
A full refund back to your account within 10 working days of receiving your item will be given; these can take a further 5-10 days to hit your account.
With bespoke pieces a non refundable deposit at the beginning of the make is taken and the final part is payable on completion and before postage. This will be discussed and details provided when we discuss the commission . Although bespoke pieces are non refundable due to the personal nature of the process, if the piece is faulty for any reason we will fix the item or if not possible a refund will be offered.
Are some items exempt from refunds?
Yes indeed, some items that have been personalised or changed in some way will be unable to be refunded.
Also earrings are non refundable due to hygiene risks.
Returned items are paid for by the customer. If the item is faulty and we need to refund it, then postage paid will be refunded to you when processed.
